It’s common to feel stress and be overwhelmed with life’s challenges. But it doesn’t have to be that way. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Tapping is a powerful self-help tool that combines elements of cognitive therapies with tapping on acupressure points on the face, hands and chest.
Tapping is evidence-based which means there is significant research showing it works. Tapping is effective for alleviating anxiety, phobias, trauma, depression, pain and more. It reduces cortisol (the stress hormone) and boosts your immune system.
In this 2-hour workshop you will learn the basics of using EFT Tapping for personal use to reduce stress, anxiety and enhance feelings of calm and confidence.
EFT Tapping can be used as a calming strategy for self-care, a tool to experience relief from a particular issue or concern, or to transform limiting beliefs so you can recognize your unlimited potential!
The workshop will be led by Penny Araujo, an Intuitive Wellness Coach and a certified EFT Tapping practitioner.
In addition to the workshop, students will receive:
• A handout including the tapping points, instructions on how to apply various EFT Tapping Techniques for personal use and additional tapping resources.

About the instructor:
Penny Araujo is a Medium, Intuitive Wellness Coach, EFT Tapping Practitioner, and Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner. She has over 14 years of experience providing therapy & coaching to individuals and families in a variety of settings.
Penny is passionate about teaching EFT Tapping as a tool for selfhealing and empowering people to recognize their innate healing potential. .
